·         Bananas

·         Honey
Honey is a very useful remedy for healthy skin, body and hair. It repairs your hair and prevents hair fall to a large extent.
Process: Just add 2-3 drops of honey in your shampoo and then wash your hair.
·         Amla
Amla has Vitamin C in it which helps in hair growth and even makes it stronger. It should be added in diet to get the best result.
Process: Add lemon juice to powder of amla and make a mixture. Apply it mixture from the hair roots to the tips and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Wash it off and shampoo the hair.     
·         Beer
The beer treatment is done to get shiny hair and the results are instant.
Process: Apply beer with the help of spray bottle and spray it on shampooed and towel dried hair.
·         Apple cider vinegar
The apple cider vinegar is effective in giving you voluminous hair.
Process:  Make mixture of apple cider vinegar and warm water. Apply this mixture on to your hair to get bouncy hair.
·         Strawberries
The strawberries are natural hair conditioners.
Process: Mash 7 strawberries and to it add 1tps of mayonnaise. Apply this on your hair and after a while wash off with shampoo.
·         Fenugreek seeds
Fenugreek seeds helps you fight with dandruff and hair loss.
Process: First soak 2tbs of seeds overnight and in the morning make a smooth paste of it. Apply it on the scalp and leave it for 20 minutes and then wash properly.
·         Oil massage
Oil massage it the very old tradition and is the best way get healthy hair and to get rid of headaches. You can various oils like coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil and others to massage your hair. They give your hair shine and strength.
Process: Massage the oil on the scalp and even on the hair and leave it overnight and then wash it with shampoo.
